In your cPanel account, you will find the following Billing & Support menu item:
The "Billing and Support" section of links in cPanel allows you to access your AfeesHost Account without needing to enter your email address and password. We use a system called "Single-Sign-On"; which means you only sign on once, and subsequently login to other systems automatically without notice.
However, there might be situations where you wish to give cPanel access to a third-party - such as a web designer - without giving them access to the billing details in your AfeesHost Account. We have provided the options to switch off the Single Sign-On function:
- Log into our client area: https://www.afeeshost.com/clients
- In your Account menu: "Hello, <Your Name>!",
- Click "Security Settings",
- Scroll down to the Single Sign-On section
- Click the toggle to switch from the On to Off position
Now if the Billing and Support links with cPanel are clicked, you will be prompted to login to your AfeesHost Account. Once the third-party is finished in cPanel, you can repeat the above process, and click the toggle to switch from the Off to On position.
