Services Not Covered by the Refund Policy
Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to the following:

- Domain parking services
- Dedicated servers
- Virtual private servers (VPS)
- Additional products or services
- Overage or usage-based charges
- Any other non-refundable fees clearly identified at the time of purchase
Accounts Terminated for Policy Violations
Accounts terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) are not eligible for a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee.
For example, accounts terminated for activities such as spamming, abuse, phishing, malware distribution, or other prohibited activities will not qualify for a refund.
